Rhino Web Consulting (the "Company," "we," "us") respects the privacy of the users of its websites, including ryan-shaw.mykajabi.com and ryanshaw.me, and the services provided through them (collectively, the "Site"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
The Site is hosted on the Kajabi platform, operated by Kajabi, LLC. Your use of the Site is also subject to Kajabi's own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
Information you provide. When you opt in to a mailing list, download a free resource, register for a masterclass or webinar, create a member account, or purchase a program, we collect information such as your name, email address, and, for purchases, billing details. Payments are processed by third-party payment processors (such as Stripe or PayPal) through Kajabi checkout; we do not store your full credit card number on our own systems.
Information collected automatically. Standard technical information is recorded when you visit the Site, such as browser type, operating system, IP address, pages viewed, and referring URLs. This is used to operate, secure, and improve the Site.
We use the information we collect to deliver the products and services you purchase; provide access to member areas and course content; send you the resources you request; send marketing and educational emails you have opted in to receive (you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email); respond to support requests; process payments and prevent fraud; and improve our products, services, and the content of the Site. We do not sell or lease your personally identifiable information to third parties.
We share information with third-party service providers only as needed to run our business, including: Kajabi (website, course hosting, email delivery, and checkout), payment processors (such as Stripe and PayPal), analytics providers (such as Google Analytics), and advertising platforms (such as Meta and YouTube/Google) where you have interacted with our ads or content. These providers are bound by their own privacy policies, and we encourage you to review them. We may also disclose information when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to comply with the law, respond to lawful requests by public authorities, enforce our Terms of Use, or protect the rights, property, or safety of the Company, our users, or others.
Cookies are small files a website transfers to your device for record-keeping. The Site uses cookies to keep you logged in, remember preferences, track affiliate referrals, and measure the performance of our pages and advertising (including analytics and advertising pixels such as Google Analytics and the Meta pixel). Most browsers accept cookies by default; you can set your browser to refuse cookies or alert you when a cookie is being sent, though some parts of the Site may not function properly without them.
The Site is intended for adults building businesses and is not directed to children. IF YOU ARE 16 YEARS OLD OR YOUNGER, PLEASE DO NOT SUBMIT ANY PERSONAL INFORMATION TO THE SITE. If we discover that a child aged 16 or younger has provided us with personally identifiable information, we will delete it from our records.
The Company is not responsible for the content or privacy practices of third-party websites linked from the Site. Review each site's privacy policy before disclosing any information.
The Site and the information we collect are operated on servers located in various jurisdictions, including the United States. When you use the Site, your personal information may be transferred outside the country in which you are located. We take reasonable steps to ensure your information is protected consistently with this policy wherever it is processed.
You may request to review, correct, or delete the personally identifiable information we hold about you at any time. Email support@rhinowebconsulting.com with one of the following subject lines: "Personal Information Review Request" to review your information; "Delete Account" to delete a member account; or "Delete My Information" to delete your email address and related data if you do not have an account. To opt out of marketing communications, use the unsubscribe link in any email, or email us with "Unsubscribe" in the subject line. For any other privacy questions or requests, use the subject line "Privacy Request."
California Civil Code Section 1798.83 permits California residents to request a list of third parties to which a company has disclosed personally identifiable information for their direct marketing purposes during the preceding year. The Company does not share your personally identifiable information with third parties for their own direct marketing purposes and therefore does not maintain such a list.
